Tuition and Fees

All payments made after the 10th of each month. Preschool enrollment may be terminated after one (1) month without tuition payment unless prior arrangements have been made with the Director.

Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable deposit fee will be charged to secure a position and/or register upon available space.

Late Fee
Children become upset when parents are late picking them up. Additionally, when you are late, Rainbow C.D.C faces staffing and licensing issues. We charge an additional $10.00 fee for the first 15 minutes, or portion thereof, after 12 pm (for AM class), 5:30 pm (for PM class) and 6:30 pm (for daycare) closing times and $1.00 per minute thereafter. If you are not able to pay the late pick-up fee at the time of the pick-up, the fee will be due with the following month’s tuition.

Programs Offered

LAUP Program (4 year old Program) – Free for 3 ½ hours (3 hours & half)
LAUP Program (4 year old Program) + Daycare Full Time (Per Monthly Rate)

Daycare Full Time (Per Monthly Rate)
Daycare Part Time (Per Monthly Rate)

We offer special classes, such as art, piano, dance for an extra fee per month. If you would like to enroll your child in one of the classes, please talk to the Director.

Modification Conditions
Thirty (30) days advance notice will be given prior to any rate changes.

Returned Check
If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a $25.00 fee will be required to replace the check with a cashier’s check.

Absences
We do not give refunds for days your child is absent. Your child’s space is reserved for your child if he/she attends or not.

Schedule Change
Please file a schedule change with the Director.

Notification of Withdrawal
Please notify us 30 days in advance with a written notification if you would like to withdraw your child from school. Refund will NOT be given without 30 day withdrawal notice.
